Shipping & Returns Policy

At Montano Shop, every product is made to order using trusted print-on-demand partners. Each item is custom‑produced specifically for you, ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness.

Because of this, all delivery times include both production and shipping time.

Production Time

Standard production time: 2–7 business days.

Certain products may require additional time, including:

  • Embroidered items

  • All-over print designs

  • Custom text products

  • Seasonal or high-demand items

These items may take up to 10 business days to complete before shipment. Production times may also be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, or any international locations.

Estimated Shipping Time (After Production)

United States (48 contiguous states): 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
Most orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, but specialty items or peak-season orders may take longer.

Multiple Shipments

Items may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Montano Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact support@montanoshop.com, and we will assist with filing a claim if applicable.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All Montano Shop products are made-to-order. Because of this:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind, size, color, or personal preference.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

A replacement or refund is only offered if the item has a defect, damage, or manufacturing error, such as:

  • Misprints or incorrect design placement

  • Damaged or unusable condition upon arrival

  • Wrong item shipped by the manufacturer

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@montanoshop.com

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. We may request a photo of the packaging. You do not need to return the item unless explicitly instructed.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in print placement or color that fall within production tolerances are not considered defects.

  • Once an order is shipped from our partners, it is considered fulfilled. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
