Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
Timing may vary according to product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand. Additional time may be required during holidays and other high-volume periods.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Montano Shop currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing: 2–7 business days
Shipping: approximately 3–8 business days
Estimated total: approximately 5–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, service disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect arrival times.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details are provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to become available.
Items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately and have individual tracking information.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery location and any secure areas where the carrier may have left the package.

Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays, failed delivery, or a returned shipment.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or remains unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Change or cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.
Once production has begun, modifications may no longer be possible. All requests are subject to the status of the order at the time they are received.
Returns & Exchanges
Many MONTANO pieces are prepared specifically for each order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on size or color selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
We encourage you to review product details, available options, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Should an item arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or different from what was ordered, contact Montano Shop Customer Care within 30 days of delivery.
To assist with your request, provide:
-Order number
-A brief description of the issue
-Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
Once reviewed and verified, the resolution may include a replacement or refund.
A physical return is not required unless specifically requested by Montano Shop. Should one be necessary, Customer Care will provide further instructions.
