Returns Policy:
At Montano Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to assist you with our returns policy. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
1-Return Policy and Fees:
· Store returns are free for most products.
· Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
· Free returns do not apply to international orders.

· Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
· Returns are eligible for a refund if they are initiated within 30 days (or 15 days for certain products) of the delivery date.
· For free return shipping, initiate your return within 10 days of delivery. For returns initiated after 10 days, a $9.99 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
. Free returns do not apply to all products. There are certain products that are returned directly to the supplier and you have to pay a shipping cost.
· Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, including being unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging (if applicable) intact.
2-Non-Returnable Items:
· Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
· Fine jewelry are not eligible to be returned to Montano Shop.
· Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
· Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
. Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.
· These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: perfumes, colognes, toys, live plants, luggage with designs, canva wall art, rugs, dumbbells, treadmills, mini exercise bikes, weight benches, stationary bikes, electric bikes, regular bikes and electric scooters.
· Mattresses and furniture are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In the event of receiving a damaged item, customers are required to report it within 48 hours of product receipt. Failure to comply will result in the inability to process a refund or replacement.
3-Supplier Approval:
At Montano Shop, we strive to uphold the highest standards in customer service. However, there are instances where our suppliers may not accept returns for certain non-returnable items. In such cases, we regretfully cannot process direct returns or issue refunds in line with our standard policy. Nevertheless, we remain dedicated to providing assistance and exploring alternative solutions to address your concerns regarding non-returnable items.
4-Exceptions:
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, we will facilitate a return or exchange (if applicable).
5-Return Processing Time:
· Once your returned item(s) are received by us, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue the refund.
6-Lost or Stolen Return Packages:
· We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number for your records.
7-Packaging Instructions:

· Before sending your return, ensure that any old addresses or barcodes are removed from the packaging.
· When returning items, please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding box.
· If you have multiple return labels, use separate boxes and attach the correct return label to each box to avoid delays in processing your refund.
8-Proof of Purchase for Refunds:
· To receive a refund in the original form of payment, please ensure you have one of the following: your original receipt, the credit card used for the purchase, your return label, or the packing slip.
